Accounts and product access

We process your verified email address, account identifiers, sessions, access permissions, download records and support requests to provide the service you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you request community access, we also process your submitted Skool profile, membership request and approval history. You do not need to provide a Skool profile merely to browse the site.

JuicyGrade Academy

Academy uses the same verified JuicyGrade account as Juicy City. We store your lesson attempts, learning XP, practice settings and answers, successful exercise records, notes, Resolve self-checks and any community-post link you choose to save. This lets you resume on another device. Learning XP is separate from game resources and Skool points.

Academy notes and practice records are private to your account. You can choose to join the learning leaderboard with a public player name. Other signed-in learners can then see that name, your earned Learning XP and your rank for the selected period. Your email, private notes, adjustments and account ID are not published on the leaderboard. You can leave the leaderboard without losing your saved learning; your player name stays reserved to your account.

Preparing a post does not publish it; you choose whether to share it in Color Grading Made Easy. Community membership is optional for the free Academy chapter and Juicy City. Account and deletion requests use the contact details below.

Juicy City

Your verified website account identifies your saved character. We store game progress, equipment, drafts, simulated resources, action receipts and resource histories so you can resume across devices and recover interrupted saves. Owners can review game activity and record independently checked community membership periods and their fixed simulated coin grants.

For eligible adults who choose optional tracking, a first-party browser identifier lasting up to 30 days connects bounded campaign labels with your verified account and game milestones. This lets us compare campaign visits, account access, first jobs, community interest and independently verified membership. Campaign labels are reported link parameters, not proof of a paid ad click. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent signup or play. Withdrawing through Cookie preferences or the game's Measurement preferences removes that attribution link; your game save and resource histories remain intact.

Before game sign-in, we ask for an age band, not a date of birth or an identity document. A signed essential cookie retains that choice for 30 minutes. The game is available from age 13. After verified sign-in, we store the account identifier, accepted game-rules version, age band, acceptance time and parent/guardian permission declaration for players under 18. This lets us apply the current access rules and privacy restrictions without changing the player's save. Declarations are not proof that an age or parent has been independently verified.

Optional game measurement is disabled for unknown-age players and players under 18, including when an older optional-cookie preference exists in the browser. An adult can decline measurement and still play. Accepting the game rules does not subscribe anyone to marketing email or authorize optional tracking. If an age declaration is wrong, contact the operator to have it corrected; do not create a replacement account that would separate you from your progress.

To diagnose game faults, the service stores bounded technical error reports associated with the account: fixed error categories, filtered game-code locations, coarse browser information and, for failed saves, the HTTP status, a fixed game endpoint path and an opaque Cloudflare request reference. Reports include filtered technical error messages; they do not intentionally include private game conversations, image pixels or grading values. Filters remove recognizable email addresses, credentials and URL queries. These operational diagnostics support security and reliable saves; they are separate from optional campaign measurement.

Security and hosting

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage, and Resend delivers authentication emails. Technical connection data, including IP addresses and request information, may be processed to deliver pages, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Our legitimate interest is operating a secure, reliable service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Essential session cookies keep you signed in.

Optional marketing and activity

Promotional emails require your opt-in (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We record your choice, the wording/version and date, and declared interests. Only opted-in marketing contacts receive promotional messages through our email providers. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link without losing product access. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

We record optional first-grade completion confirmations and deliberate product/community link clicks within your account to understand onboarding and product interest. Our legitimate interest is improving the service. We do not inspect your footage or your activity inside Resolve. With optional tracking consent, the website also uses session storage for the public entry page, referring website and campaign parameters; these can be associated with account acquisition information.

Live workshops

When you register, we store your name, email, selected session and email preferences. Zoom creates your personal joining link, MailerLite holds your workshop contact and optional future-update preference, and Resend delivers confirmations, reminders and the replay follow-up. Every session email includes a link to stop that session’s emails. Future invitations and grading tips require the separate optional choice on the registration form.

To understand workshop attendance and results, an administrator may match your booking to a Zoom attendance report and verified Skool trial or first-payment records. Our private workshop record can include the checked result, trial or payment date, actual first-payment amount and currency, a billing reference, and a short description of the evidence used to match the person and workshop source. Unverified results remain unknown. We retain a history of corrections, who recorded them and when; payment-card details are not stored in this workshop record.

Sessions are recorded using Zoom cloud recording so registered participants can watch the replay. Your camera and microphone are optional; questions you submit or contributions you make during the live session may appear in the recording.

Recorded webinars

When you register for a recorded webinar, we store your name, email, assigned showing, access credentials and separate email preferences. Essential cookies provide your private watch access without requiring a website account. A recording may be delivered by Cloudflare or embedded from YouTube. Resend delivers your access and recovery links. MailerLite stores your webinar contact and email preferences and delivers the separately opted-in follow-up series. Access-only contacts are not enrolled in that series. New webinars are available on demand for 30 days, with pause and resume; older scheduled showings retain their assigned timeline. We record bounded playback reports, buffering and visibility states, observed played coverage and deliberate invitation clicks to provide the showing and understand where the lesson can improve. These reports cannot prove that you paid attention.

For a YouTube recording, the video player loads only when you choose to load and play it. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed. YouTube then receives your network address, browser information and playback activity under Google's privacy policyand YouTube's terms. We do not send your registration name, email or private access credential to the player. Our viewing reports describe playback observed on this website, rather than YouTube's view or audience statistics.

An administrator may match your registration email to Skool membership, trial and payment records. Our private record can include the checked membership state and effective date, actual payment or refund amount and currency, receipt reference and the evidence used to match the person. Administrators can also record billing checks and membership status at dated 30-, 60- and 90-day checkpoints. Missing checks remain unknown; payments alone do not establish current membership or community activity. Trials and unverified outcomes remain separate from payments; corrections retain a history of the evidence, dates and administrator. We do not store card details or inspect your footage.

The promotional recap and grading-tip series requires the optional signup preference. You can stop it through your private watch page or the email preferences link. Rejection does not prevent registration or watching. Confirmed joins and trials stop queued acquisition messages after the administrator records the check. Optional Meta measurement also applies to successful recorded-presentation registrations on the public landing page under the consent and retry limits described below. Private watch pages and access links do not load the Meta Pixel.

Cookies and optional ad measurement

With optional ad-measurement consent, the public webinar landing page also measures browser visits while registration is available. A random identifier in this tab's session storage groups a visit for up to 30 minutes; a new campaign entry can start another visit. Our server stores a hash of that identifier, the recording, time, campaign tags and broad device category, and can link the visit to a new registration to calculate a measured visit-to-registration rate. These visit records do not contain your name, email, raw IP address or full browser information. They are separate from the total registration count and Meta's attribution reports. Rejecting or withdrawing clears the saved visit identifier and removes the associated visit's campaign information and registration link, including campaign tags linked through that visit. Private owner previews are excluded from visit measurement.

JuicyGrade uses essential cookies for sign-in and security. These remain available when you reject optional tracking. Our cookie banner offers equally accessible acceptance and rejection of optional Meta advertising cookies and similar technology. Optional tracking is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); Meta Pixel loads only after acceptance on public website pages. Login, member, purchase-confirmation and administration pages are excluded, as are URLs containing unexpected query parameters. Meta receives page visits and successful workshop and recorded-presentation registrations, with technical browser information and advertising identifiers, to measure and improve our ads. We do not deliberately include your name or email, and automatic event configuration is disabled. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc advertising cookies, typically lasting up to 90 days. We store your consent choice and timestamp locally for up to 180 days, then ask again. You can reject and still use the website or register, and withdraw at any time using “Cookie preferences” on any page. Withdrawal stops future Pixel events, clears accessible Meta cookies and reloads a page where the Pixel was active. It does not remove information already received by Meta.

With the same optional ad-measurement consent, completed workshop and recorded-presentation bookings are also reported directly from our server using Meta Conversions API. This sends the registration event, a random event identifier, the public registration-page address, advertising click/browser identifiers when available, your IP address and browser information. Consented workshop and recorded-presentation registrations also include a one-way SHA-256 hash of our internal registration reference as Meta's external customer identifier. It does not send your name or email. The browser and server share an event identifier to avoid duplicate counting. Delivery retries retain matching information for no more than 46 hours; after acceptance, withdrawal or expiry, that information is removed from our retry queue. Rejecting optional tracking prevents these reports. Withdrawing cancels pending reports associated with event identifiers saved in this browser; it cannot retract reports already delivered. Alongside new workshop bookings, we record whether an ad-measurement choice was supplied, accepted or declined, and a delivery status or short reason for skipping or failing a report. These private operational records do not retain advertising cookies, IP addresses or browser information after the sending queue is cleared. Earlier bookings without a recorded choice remain unknown.

After you accept optional ad measurement, we may also save a valid advertising click identifier and its original arrival time in this browser’s local storage for up to 90 days. This lets a later workshop registration retain the click reference when you navigate away or return without it in the page address. We clear this saved reference when you reject or withdraw optional tracking, when your consent is no longer valid, or when the reference expires. Our private measurement status records can show whether a valid click or browser identifier was available and whether the click reference came from the current address, saved reference or advertising cookie. Those status records do not contain the identifiers themselves.

Payments

When you purchase an available offer, Stripe processes checkout details, including billing information and card data. Our application uses your account identifier, transaction references, purchased release identifiers, accepted policy version and time, and payment/refund status to provide access, send order confirmations and resolve payment issues. It does not store full card numbers or security codes. Order processing is based on the purchase contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; legally required accounting records are processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Retention

Account and entitlement records are needed while providing your account and download access. Retention also depends on outstanding support issues, security investigations, legal claims and statutory accounting obligations. A deletion request is reviewed against these purposes; information that must be retained for a legal obligation cannot always be deleted immediately. Marketing consent and suppression records may be needed to honor your choices and demonstrate consent.

Encrypted recovery snapshots of the account and game databases are also kept on access-controlled offline storage and checked through isolated restore drills. They include the records present at the snapshot time. Backups are not live analytics or a public download. Recovery copies are retained until reviewed and retired by the operator; there is currently no automatic backup-deletion schedule. A privacy deletion request also applies to recovery handling, so a later restore must not silently reactivate an erased account or withdrawn marketing choice.

Service providers and international processing

Our providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their published data-processing terms describe their international-transfer arrangements. You may request information about safeguards relevant to your data from the operator.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact the operator with the email address associated with your account so we can verify your request without exposing someone else’s data.

You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
