Your account and access
The member service stores your verified email address, Skool profile, membership request, approval history, edition access, and account sessions. Administrators use these records to verify access and resolve support issues.
Service providers
The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage and Resend to deliver sign-in codes. Promotional emails are optional. We record your preference, its wording/version and date, and declared interests. Only opted-in marketing contacts are synchronized to Resend. Unsubscribing does not remove product access. Authentication uses essential session cookies.
Product progress
The service records downloads and your optional first-grade completion confirmation. These help identify onboarding problems. We also record deliberate bundle and community link clicks inside your account to understand interest. A click does not prove a purchase or membership. It does not inspect your footage or activity inside Resolve.
Before public launch
The published policy must identify the operator, contact route, applicable legal bases, retention periods, deletion process, and relevant international data-transfer information. Account sign-in is available; paid checkout remains disabled.
