JuicyGrade 🧃 is operated by the business above. These terms apply to website accounts and digital-tool purchases. Product pages identify the included tools, supported setup and availability before you order.

Juicy City beta

The current Juicy City game is free with a verified account for players aged 13 and over. The Juicy City game rulesexplain the beta, permission for players under 18, fictional activity, account progress and the optional community's Juicy Coin allowances. Review and accept those rules before playing. Game agreement does not buy a membership or grant permission for optional tracking.

Accounts, prices and availability

JuicyGrade Essential 🧃 is free with a verified account. JuicyGrade Studio 🧃 is $147 and JuicyGrade Texture 🧃 is $47 individually. The $167one-time bundle includes both tools. These are final prices in US dollars (USD), including VAT. There are no recurring website subscription charges. Creating an account does not place an order or charge you.

Checkout is available for the offers listed as available on our delivery and payment page. A product marked “Coming soon” cannot be purchased through that offer.

Ordering and digital delivery

Sign in to your account, choose an available offer, review its price and these terms, then complete payment through Stripe. The payment button confirms a paid order. After successful payment is confirmed, we record your purchase and automatically make the purchased releases available in that account’s member dashboard. You receive an order confirmation by email. There is no physical shipping. See delivery and payment information for the full process.

Requirements and releases

JuicyGrade 🧃 requires DaVinci Resolve Studio. The supported and tested setup is macOS on Apple Silicon with Resolve Studio 21.1. Windows is not supported by these releases. Linux and older Resolve versions are not verified. Check the requirements and known limitations for your specific package. Back up projects before changing release versions.

Your software license

A paid purchase grants one named user a non-exclusive license to use the purchased versions without a time limit, subject to these terms. You may install the tools on devices you own or control for your own work and keep backup copies. You do not need an ongoing paid community membership to continue using a purchased version.

You may use the tools in personal and commercial video work, including paid client projects, and deliver, publish or sell the rendered videos without a per-render license fee from us. Your clients receive the rendered output; the downloadable software and its license are not transferred with the video.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or offer the tools or download packages to others, or share your account to give others access. Additional users need their own licenses. These restrictions do not limit uses or rights that applicable law requires us to permit.

Purchased versions, support and updates

Paid purchases include installation guidance, defect fixes and private re-download access to the purchased releases through your account. Keep a backup of your download. Optional new looks, feature upgrades and future products are not automatically included. Your statutory rights to remedies and any updates necessary to keep the digital content in conformity, including required security updates, remain unaffected.

The supplied guide identifies the supported setup. Check it before changing your operating system, Resolve version or project workflow. A purchase does not promise compatibility with every future version of third-party software.

Recorded presentations

Our free recorded presentations may use an embedded YouTube player. When you use that player, you are also bound by theYouTube Terms of Service. Downloaded tools

Community membership controls access to community benefits and future services. A downloaded DCTL is not remotely disabled when membership ends. Website purchases keep their purchased-version access independently of community membership. A product page does not grant access to an unavailable package. A valid withdrawal or refund that ends the license requires you to stop using that product and remove your copies; this does not delay any statutory reimbursement.

Purchases and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or non-delivered digital content. Agreement to these terms is not a waiver of the statutory withdrawal right. Our current order flow does not request such a waiver.

Refunds and withdrawal

We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or non-delivered digital content remain unaffected. Read our refund and cancellation policy, including withdrawal instructions and the optional form.

Editing and color-grading services

Personally delivered video-editing and color-grading services are separate from software purchases. Scope, price, taxes, delivery, revisions, payment and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before a service booking. Buying a tool does not include work on your footage. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Independence

JuicyGrade 🧃 is an independent product. DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro belong to their respective owners.
